Our fitness training sessions are all performed in outdoor locations throughout Manhattan from April – October and then we take our workouts indoors to a gym type facility. Our group fitness workouts should compliment the training you are already doing at Equinox or New York Sports Club as well as your running sessions with New York Road Runners. At the workout you will have your own qualified personal trainer taking you though the various fitness exercises and sports games. At the end of the 4 weeks of training we will celebrate our hard work with drinks and dinner at the nearest bar or pub.
